Canadian Mark Arbour is a former member of the acclaimed Royal Canadian Mounted Police. His highly successful career in law enforcement gave him the opportunity to partner with colleagues from around the world to work in concert to achieve record solve rates among “cold cases”. As a result, he was awarded the coveted Commanding Officers Commendation.

Ultimately, his entrepreneurial spirit demanded more attention than his job could provide and he opted for a very premature retirement.

This was good news, however, for people with dreams. Through the services of the companies he built, thousands of very satisfied clients reached their goals of health and wealth. Mark has a proven track-record of bringing the necessary “tools of success” to motivated people who reach for a better life.

Mark recently sold his master Franchise rights for  4 Pillars Consulting Group of Ontario in June 2009.  The company specialized in assisting Canadians through times of financial hardship by reducing their personal debt by as much as 70%, he managed a growing number of franchisees operating in Ontario to 18. Mark’s company was successful in reducing interest rates for his clients, and helping them avoid bankruptcy while maintaining their homes and vehicles. Mark and his company have assisted over 8,000 Canadians from coast to coast.

Miguel Rodriguez de la Gala Faller is a real-estate lawyer practicing law in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico. Miguel understands the clients of Merida Capital Investments because he is like them. Born and raised in Merida, he is a Mexican citizen from a fourth-generation Yucatecan family. His skill drafting and negotiating contracts have served his clients well for more than 20 years. Miguel has extensive experience in financial law, with a client base ranging from banks, corporations and individuals. His first-hand knowledge of the banking industry and the real estate market is truly an asset to Merida Capital Investments. It was Miguel who first realized the people of Mexico required a new approach to financing. Miguel grew up in a family of lawyers. His father, paternal grandfather and two brothers all share his profession. He has witnessed first hand the possible benefits of our government’s policy changes in more recent years.
