Lending Principles

  • Wide Diversity and basket of consumer and corporate loans
  • Adequate confirmed security
  • Every client interviewed in person
  • All security assets are evaluated and appraised independently
  • Max loan to value will be 65% of appraised value
  • No single loan can be more than 15% of total pool of capital invested
